This page is dedicated to spreading love and joy around our world through simple conscious acts of creativity. These are often called Random Acts of Kindness.
♥ Triangle Women’s Sacred Kindness Circle ♥
Would you like to be part of a circle of women who meet to create kindness for each other AND for strangers? If so, please visit and join the Triangle Women’s Sacred Kindness Circle through Meetup. You’ll receive invitations to our monthly creativity gatherings. Our Kindness Circle is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, but it not ONLY for this area. If you are not in the Triangle, but would like to form your own Kindness Circle where YOU are in the world, please contact me and I can help you get started.
♥ Be KIND now ♥
Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come
to you without leaving happier. ~Mother Theresa
Feeling blue, fed up, bored, or need something to distract you from a naughty habit you are trying to break? I challenge you to use these ideas to take yourself out of your head, out of your SELF and make a positive impact on other human beings on Earth (and make you feel better in the process too).
Make Blessing Scrolls. Here is a link to a 20-page PDF containing some favorite quotes I’ve collected all my life with additions from the Women’s Sacred Kindness Circle in North Carolina. Print a few pages or
print them all. Cut the quotes in strips, roll them up and then tie with a ribbon. Leave blessing scrolls for a special empowering surprise for a beautiful stranger. We like to think that each message finds the person it is intended for.
Make Kindness Rocks. Follow linky for full details, but simply get some rocks, paints, markers and empower the rocks with energy you need in your life. Adding words like
joy ♥ peace ♫♪ shine ☼ LOVE ♥ freedom ♫♪ hope ☼ grace ♥
Pour your love onto the rock with the words and colors, then leave your creation somewhere to be discovered by an unsuspecting stranger. It’s a secret sweet thing: YOU have power to bring a good feeling to others AND bring more joy to your own life.
